Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry.

2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18 years, except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its Agent and its agencies associated with this promotion.

3. The Promoter and its Agent reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

4. Promotion commences 7th July 2008. Entries close 11.59pm on 15th August 2008.

5. This is a game of chance authorised under NSW Permit No: LTPS/08/06596

6. Winner will be drawn on Monday 18th August 2008 at Unit 4, 38 Albany Street, St Leonards NSW 2065. The winner will be notified by electronic mail or contacted by phone within 5 working days to organise delivery of the prize. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. If the prize is not claimed within 3 months of the draw a second prize winner will be drawn on Mon 17th November 2008.

8. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. Only one entry per person permitted.

9. The prize is an Apple iPod touch 16 GB value RRP$499 including GST and delivery. The Promoter and its Agent accepts no responsibility for the correct working of this device. All support and technical queries should be directed to the manufacturer, as stated on the warrantee.

10. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.

11. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit being entered into a database and the Promoter and its Agent may use this information for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, including sending the entrant electronic messages, without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter and its Agent. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.

12. The Promoter and its Agent reserves the right to request winner to provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter and its Agent.

13. The Promoter and its Agent shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

14. The Promoter and its Agent accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning the prize.

15. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter and its Agent reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
